The finance manager Jasmine is phenomenal! She got us into our KIA 2026 Carnival for 0 down. The dealership even stayed open till 1AM on a Friday until our transaction was complete. Eddie our sales agent was super knowledgeble and made me the best selcection posible. He was aware of all the features of the brand new 2026 KIA Carnival and explained everything in great detail.

I had great service but i have to say the car is amazing i had an altercation w a crazy drunk person and she tried smashing my windshield with a Stanley cup with all of the strength howwweverrr the only thing that broke was the cup my windshield didnt even have a scratch yall need to go get a kia forte 2024 because those were some strong windows i could not belive my car was spotless and not even a single scratch

It was an extremely hot day and he had no problem walking me to the cars I wanted to look at. He also took his time to explain all then tech features of the car to my Dad. Nick keeps taking my number and promising a callback that never happens. I only left my first review because they offered free gas — now I regret it. This has truly been the worst experience ever. We had a great car buying experience here! I had been talking to Nick Martinez for a week about the car I was interested in. I was coming from 4 hours away and couldn't go until the weekend. Nick answered all my questions over the phone/text and kept me informed that the car was still available. When we got there he gave exceptional service the whole time and even filled the gas tank of our purchase. It was a pleasant experience all around.
Worst dealership ever. Do not buy a car here they sell you unnecessary items and tell you that it’s not removable when it really is and are lying to you. Genuinely save yourself the headache that I am going through and still going through after 3 months of owning my vehicle. I legit had to get my transmission replaced ONLY 5 DAYS OF GETTING MY CAR UNBELIEVABLE.
